  • How quickly can Arrowhead Propane set me up with service?

We strive to get your account set up the same-day or next-day and within 7 days provide propane setup, recognizing how vital propane is to many, including the 830,000 U.S. farms relying on it. Please contact us for the most current scheduling availability.

  • What is the price of propane?

Propane prices can change frequently, especially with the seasons.

  • How can I detect a propane leak?

Propane has a strong, distinctive odor, often described as similar to rotten eggs. If you detect this smell, leave the area immediately and call us.

  • Can you repair tanks if I'm not currently your customer?

No, we do not do repairs on tanks from another company.  You would need to be set up with our tank service before we can do repairs.

  • What is a leak test?

A leak test checks for leaks in the propane piping system after a service interruption or an "out of gas" situation, ensuring the integrity of the pipe joints. Faulty joints can allow gas to escape, posing safety risks and wasting fuel. By law, leak tests are required after any interruption of service.

  • Is propane harmful to the environment?

No, propane is a clean fuel recognized by the 1990 Clean Air Act and the Energy Policy Act of 1992. It burns cleaner than most fossil fuels, with propane-fueled vehicles emitting significantly lower levels of carbon monoxide and toxins compared to gasoline engines. Additionally, propane is nontoxic and does not harm soil or water.
