We recommend annual inspections for residential systems and more frequent inspections for commercial operations. Our technicians perform a complimentary safety check with every delivery, but comprehensive system inspections should be scheduled at least once per year.

If your tank runs out, do not attempt to relight appliances yourself. Call us to schedule a delivery and re-lighting service. Running out of gas can allow air and moisture into the system, which requires a pressure test before relighting.

No. Propane tanks must be stored outdoors in a well-ventilated area. Never store propane tanks inside your home, garage, or basement as propane is heavier than air and can accumulate in low areas, creating a serious safety hazard.

Most residential tanks have a dial gauge on top showing the percentage of propane remaining (not gallons). The gauge typically shows 5% increments. We recommend calling for a refill when your tank reaches 20-30% to avoid running out during peak usage times.
